Note for post: Dej was pukey sick, which is why she's not really dressed up in any of these pictures!! .....My mom and brother and sister came up for Spring Break. They were awesome to risk getting sick to come and help me and celebrate Easter a week early with Deja.
Deja got a sand and water table.....that I've been dying to get for here since last Easter!!
She was just as excited as I thought she would be about it!!
This kid is obsessed with playing in the water, so I was super excited for her to have this little table to help control the water mess.... it only took a day, however, for her to climb up into the little water spot and try to use it like a swimming pool!!
For the first go with it, we just set out a bunch of towels so Dej and her uncle Boo could play in it (it was a little too cold for playing with water outside)
Next....we colored Easter Eggs...
Krew watched us all color our eggs from his cute little pink chair (just pretend it's boy-ish!)
Deja really wasn't to sure what to think about the mess of dying eggs....so she watched Boo and followed his lead.
She was a fan of the stickers to put on the finished eggs!
I got in on all the fun and made an Elder egg for our favorite missionary.....Elder Burch, in Ohio!!
(I didn't actually send him the egg....just this picture and the tie from off the egg!
Dej got a kick out of the mini Easter egg hunt!
Only about one in every four or five eggs had candy in it, but she didn't seem to mind (thank goodness!!)
Just gotta love her!!! :) .....she's suppose to be showing me her bag with all her eggs.
Uncle Boo was kinda complaining that our egg hunt was a little too easy....so we blindfolded him to help give him a bit of a challenge. We thought we were pretty funny!!
