Sunday Best

Our little dude is looking so darn big lately!!  He doesn't look like a baby anymore....and seems so tall!
He'll grown out of any 24 month pants he has, resulting in us at the store for some 2 & 3T-ers.
He also loves to go to church now.  He use to scream bloody murder as soon as the closing prayer said Amen....knowing that nursery came next.  Now...he can barely last thru sacrament meeting because he is so excited to go play in nursery.  There's been several weeks Chase has had him out in the hall and comes back into sacrament meeting without him...Krew will spot one of his teachers going to set up for nursery and go in early with them!

He was pretty proud last Sunday of his new tie that Court got him....looking pretty sharp!

Sick Snuggles

I hate it when my babies don't feel good....but I do enjoy the sweet snuggles I get while they are sad.
Krew wasn't feeling very good one afternoon, luckily it was just a quick 24 hour thing.  He feel asleep while I rocked him that night -that hasn't happened for a long long time!

Our Little MONSTER is TWO!!

Our dude turned TWO!  His actual birthday was on Thursday...he got birthday doughnuts to kick start the day!

We spent the day as a little family....and then Gramma Tam and the clan came that night.

Friday morning Krew woke up to a house full of people excited to see him!  He got to open a few presents before getting ready for the day.

Classic Krew 'cheeser'!

Deja enjoyed all the company as well....she got decked out in her 'workout clothes' to go for a run.  She wanted me to take a picture of her muscles :)

After a quick run to the doctor for Krew's two year check up, we came back home to party!

Check up stats-
Weighs 24lbs 9 oz (11th percentile)
Height 34 1/2 inches (50th percentile)
we've got a tall skinny dude.  Healthy and Happy.

When trying to get ideas other than a truck cake (like what he got last year) I ran across a monster cake.....Perfect!!  Monster is a term used for this little two year old often :)

We started out playing pin the eye on the monster.

Krew was pretty excited to participate all by himself!

Then, we shot at balloon monsters.

And threw beanbags thru the monster's mouth.

Then, Krew patiently let his sister help him open all his presents.

He got a bat, tee, and ball.

And a new blankie.....which he loved!!

....Trying to golf with his new stuff.

Pizza showed up just as he finished with his presents....

And we finished it all off with a monster cake.

(Deja had to cover her mouth so that she didn't accidentally help Krew blow out his candles)

Happy Birthday little Dude!!  We sure do Love YOU!!
