Wow!! A year has already quickly past us!! This little boy of mine has been such a great addition to our little family. We love him so much!!
We were able to party at Papa Orllo and Gramma Jacki's house...and Gramma Tammy and the clan came up to join us. Krew loves to push all his cars and tractors around the house....so we went with yellow and green as a theme (kinda seemed fitting for the whole family! ;) )
Krew took off walking at the beginning of the month....and has been perfecting his mad skill ever since. He reminds me of a monkey....he'll walk with both hands above his head, wobbling back and forth, to keep his balance!
At his yearly check up he stayed true to the 25-th %-tile weighing in at 19 lbs 11 oz. -If you saw this kid eat, you'd be surprised he doesn't weigh more!! He can pound it! He easily eats a few bowls of mac and cheese (he and his sister can down a box by themselves)...and usually does two full slices of pizza when we have it! I love that he eats so well...I just wonder where it all goes?!!?
So, knowing that, the best way for him to celebrate his big day was with some pizza. :)
Krew stands tall at 29 1/4 inch...putting him in the 32 %-tile for height.
He was pretty excited as we set out all his presents...climbing all over them (yes, he loves to climb up on Everything...he'll climb up on their little four-wheeler and then let go...scares the crap out of me!!)!
Deja got spoiled too...with a new crown and swimsuit. She loves her aunt Courtney!
It looks like Krew's attacking Boo...but he was actually giving him lots of good loves.
Krew's excitement for his presents kinda died as we tried to help him open them.
He did like the different vroom vrooms he got..
...and his bucket he got for the sandbox.
Dej was super excited to give him the monkey she made....he grabbed ahold of it and gave it lots of squeezes.
....Once again, trying to get a picture of the two of them proves to be very difficult!
Krew was pretty excited when I brought out his cake...he kept trying to grab it as we sang to him.
Dej was a nice big sister and helped him blow out the candle.
I'm afraid we waited to long to get the cake out tho...he was as little tired. It was the first time I've ever seen Krew cry when we've given him food!!
We did get him to try a few bites.
But it didn't last long...
We got him some milk to wash it down....and then hauled him off to the bath!
Krew loves to tub...so that helped to get him happy again!
...He's obviously in the kitchen sink here, but when he baths in the big tub....I'll lay him down on his back and he goes Crazy!! He kicks both arms and legs a hundred miles an hour. It's hilarious...we just stand around him and laugh...and he eats it up!!
