SIX Months Old!!

Krew has reached half a year and is doing awesome! He is so so happy, sleeps great, and eats like a tank! We sure love this little dude! At his 6 month check up he came in on the charts at 15 lbs 8 oz (13th %tile) and 26 1/4" long (32nd %tile).
He loves his sister...he will watch her and laugh at her all day long. He is Always smiling...it doesn't take much to get that mouth wide open! Anytime we go out I always get people (usually girls) that just ooh and ahh over him...he eats it up!
He Loves Loves the water and bath time. I usually bath him in the mornings...there has been a few times when I start running the tub water at night for Deja to bath, but end up letting Krew get in to because I feel bad -he gets so stinking excited once the water starts flowing....he will screech and start flapping both his arms and legs!
Like I said before, this kid can EAT! At six months, he's already pounding the rice cereal, oatmeal, and most all baby fruits and veggies. The doctor seemed impressed...he told me to go ahead and start bringing in the meats-wow! Can we slow down a bit?!
We Love his big, bright blue eyes!
He is a mover!! He isn't crawling yet (but can pull up onto his knees) but he can pretty much get wherever he wants. He will roll and scoop himself all over the place! He is enthralled with any cell phone or tv remote and will try his very hardest to get them.
He hates laying down...this means he can get pretty upset if he is left in a carseat too long....some car rides aren't too fun for him...he will scream and try his hardest to pull himself up to a sitting position. His favorite spot would probably be in my arms...he gets mad if I leave the room without him. I think he just likes the birds eye view and wants to be a part of whatever may be going on.
He has got quite a good grip....he will reach out and grab anything within reach. He even got ahold of the highchair tray one day...as I walked away from the high chair, he carried that tray with us across the kitchen!

Lil Pink Wagon

Deja loves to play with her little brother....and Krew loves to get attention from her.
They were both pretty excited to squeeze into the little pink wagon together!

Fair 2012

We love ourselves a week full of all that Cassia County can offer!! We did the kids rodeo with our friends Layne and Krissy on Thursday night...but I didn't want to lug my camera around for it...so we've only got words to document that by. Deja Absolutely Loved it!! Between the fries, pop, cotton candy, and popcorn ....all the while eating it with her buddy Ellie, she was in heaven! Then, the cows, horses, and bulls came out...the rest of the weekend, we couldn't walk past the entry gate to the area without her begging to go to the rodeo again! Krew also Loved it! Chase sat him up in his carseat so he could see all the action...and he ate it up! I couldn't believe how long he just sat and took it all in! We loved being able to go back a few more times with our cousins. Deja tells me all time that "she loves her cousins"!
...Checking out the cows.
Haha, surprisingly, she was alittle timid around all the stinky animals! She did keep telling me that "eeewwyy! They are stinky!"
...sheep.
I love these two together....I love Kate's blondey blonde hair and Deja's dark brown locks. SO CUTE Together!
Chase makes that carseat look so light! :) I no longer have that...that kid is getting huge!!
Yes...the sign said don't touch the bunnies....but she was so excited!!

Hee Haw!

This little bug is getting mobile... he doesn't crawl yet, but can giggle, roll, and scoot just about anywhere he wants!
Playing in that lovely green stuff called grass....maybe next year we can have some of our own! ;)
Deja was outside playing on gramma's swingset with boo... I heard her yelling 'HEE HAW' and looked over to see her one her horsie!
....she's got more control this a way!!

STINKIN Cute!

Sneak Peak! I think we are just going to have to borrow this Stinkin' cute costume that gramma made for Dej to wear this Halloween!!
She loved it and immediately tried to get Brody by making spraying noises as she tackled him to the ground!

Buddy Boo

Dej and her unclo Boo are pretty stinkin cute together....they are to the point where they actually play pretty good together... Brody's old enough he can help her, but still young enough he likes to play with her. We got to have him at our house for a whole week while gramma went to girls camp with Kaci. It was So Much Fun!! I keep trying to talk him into coming back..... :)They were both watching a movie on the laptop after church...I about died when I glanced over and saw them...too dang cute!!
Hehee...she loves to watch him and then try to do what he's doing!

Parades, Parades, and more Parades

Between the Declo Days parade, Chubbuck Days parade, and then the Cassia County Fair parade....toot got aLOT of parade action this year....which meant aLOT of parade candy!
I only took pictures at the Chubbuck Days parade...simply because it was the most convenient, considering we only had to walk half a block out of my parent's neighborhood to watch it!
CANDY!! ...she would pump it in as fast as they would throw it. I finally had to intervene at the Fair Parade for fear she wouldn't have any candy left over to take home!
Krew enjoyed the parade back in the shadows with gramma!
We would tell toot that she'd only get candy if she waved..... she was a good waver! :)
The Chubbuck Days Parade had stinkies in it....Dej even got to pet one of them. She thought that was pretty neato!

We Call Her Dorky-do!

The title pretty much sums it up!! Sure love this Dorkey-do of mine!! ....She was too busy dancing to stop and pose for a picture in her swim goggles!
And then there's my cute little bug...he loves to watch his big sister. He'll smile and giggle at her (he really likes it when she cries and throws fits...he'll just sit and laugh!)

Here Kitty Kitty

Deja LOVES LOVES LOVES kitties. I have wanted to get her one since we moved into our new house...but we are holding off until we have some sort of shed or something for them to make a home outside. So for now, she just grabs onto any kitty-any where! These ones were at Gramma Jacki's for a night...Deja cried when we went back a few days later and they were gone. She packs them around like they are dolls....and yes, she had gotten plenty of scratches, but they don't seem to bother her...she's relentless!
(I've been told this is how her daddy use to pack his little kitties when he was younger...) :)Poor, poor kitties! She would carry both of them at the same time any chance she could!
....she doesn't try to be mean, she really does love them!! :)
