Fourth of July

This year for the Fourth of July we switched it up and went to Declo. It was so much fun!! Gramma Jacki was so much fun for the kids....she got them all special red, white, and blue surprises for each day they were there.

These were a big hit...they would light up and were super cool....the kids all lined up in the hall like this without any help...it was perfect for a picture!! :)

Sunday night, before the fourth, we got out snaps for the kids to do. Deja Loved them...the pictures say it all.

I love going all out for holidays....with decorations, colors, foods.... Jacki did a good job getting all prepped for us all!

I am also really glad my sister in law Jess was around....she's teaching me how to be an awesome mom. She made us all red pancakes and waffles for breakfast....we added blueberries, strawberries, and whipped cream for a full patriot effect!

Dej got the hook up this parade....not only did we get candy (which we weren't prepped for...we didn't even bring a bag to put it in!), we got popsicles, beads, and Deja got a little bear.

Popsicles are such a grreat thing to hand out at Hot parades!! Deja seemed to like the parade....she wasn't quite as vocal as I thought she would be, but sometimes it's just nice to sit back and watch.

Gramma Jacki got out her big ear plugs for shooting for our cousin Ryan to wear for the fireworks....Deja stole them for a sec to try on. She thought they were pretty cool. (just for the record....Ryan was tough and didn't even take them to the big firework show...or maybe they forgot them, either way he seemed to enjoy the show!) :)

It is near impossible to get a picture with all four of these kids looking at the lens...but they sure are cute together... Deja loves her cousins.

We sat on the golf course for the firework show... Deja seemed to like the way the short green felt on her little piggies.

I was so into taking pictures of the fireworks that I didn't get one of Dej during the show. Luckily Jess was there and got a really cute one of her!

After the show...she was still wide awake....a great way to end a great day. God Bless the USA!!
