We got a special treat for Valentine's Day this year... Chase was home to spend it with us!
We sure have lots of awesome people to love in our lives.
We attempted 'heart' hair for Deja's preschool party.
Dej got a cool sucker at preschool and was super nice to share it with her brother :)
Chase surprised us all by taking us to the movies...it was Krew's first go at it and he did pretty good for the first part... then, he scored us free movie tickets at the end when Chase had him out in the hall!
We went to see the Lego movie...Deja was very excited thru all the previews, then when the movie started and she saw which one we were at she was all about going home. She kept telling me how 'ugly' it was and that she just wanted to get out of there and go home. When it was over, Chase asked her if she liked it and she told him 'Yes, it's my favorite!'

The kids had fun making Valentines for all their cousins and friends. Deja took over, taking the list I'd made and doing all of hers all by herself....I was pretty impressed. She's really starting to grasp all this letter and writing business!
So glad I've got these two Valentines in my life!
