The Month of JUNE

June was such a FUN filled month!!  Kaci came back to Boise with us after Mother's Day and spent the entire month at our house!!  She helped me get some things done around the house, watched the kids Every Friday and Saturday night so Chase and I could go out, and made me scared to reach the teen-age years with Deja!! ;)

On our way to get Kaci....I love this picture of Dej, she looks SOO big!!

While we were in Pocatello, we got to see Grandma and Grandpa Burch...who live in an assisted living there now...Krew found Grampa's hat and wore it the whole time we visited.

 Our drive back to Boise....

We started off by going camping the first night she was here....it was alot of fun!  It rained most of the evening and into the night...we were wet, hungry, and a little chilled for the first bit -but we didn't mind!  We were excited to be up in the beautiful mountains enjoying our friends' company.

(it was the first time taking our monster truck up into the hills...it did good work!)

Kaci, however, did mind.  Not only was she wet, cold, hungry, dirty, and homesick....she didn't have any cell service so she couldn't tweet, facebook, or instagram how miserable she was!!  Heee!!

We got some food in her belly and some happy, giggly kids to give her some loves and she to ended up having fun!
We went up with our friends Sam and Amanda and their kids...they have a couple 4-wheelers that we rode around after things started to dry off.... they also have this sweet little trailer that all the kids rode in! :)

Some pooped out kiddos!

We played outside lots......

...hung out in the sandbox....
(he got up there all by himself!  I love his little feet dangling!)

We went for lots of walks/runs....

On one in particular, we ran down to get Dej a Redbox...when we got there she was O-U-T and therefore no help in picking her out a movie!

On the greenbelt we saw a deer....like literally 10 feet from us.  It was pretty freakin' sweet...it moved pretty quick tho, so by the time I got my phone out it was a ways away!

On another one, we started with both kids in the stroller.....got to this point....

...and ended the last half a mile like this, with Kac pushing an empty stroller.  Oh grumpy kids!!

Krew learned a new trick...think he might have picked it up on his own :)

Kac was a good babysitter.
We got lots of ice cream!

....Picked up a little too much sass!

...More ice cream...

Deja FINALLY earned her mermaid barbie doll for the tub (she'd been working on it for several weeks!)
This picture is for Gramma Tam, she bought this shirt....Krew ONLY wears this shirt to bed because I wouldn't be caught dead wearing it out where others, especially in Boise, could see.  BUT... the shirt is for our Uncle Grady, who is serving his mission in Ohio...it has NOTHING to do with the actual school! ;)

Kaci bought Dej her very own sparkly make-up.  Yes, all five colors (and ALL of the color) is on her face! She was in heaven putting it on all by herself!
Chill dude was a good tag along!
We installed some more new doors....Krew did not like to be left with Kaci, he prefers helping dad out!
We went to the 'ice cream store' ....or Dickies.
Deja learned to take real pictures...she even posed me!
Krew had fun with his sticker package from Gramma Tam. (Grady use to cover his face when he was little too!)
We went to the dentist, while Kac watched Krew....
And Deja actually let them clean hers!!
Kaci learning to multi-task!  (notice she still has the phone within eye sight!)
Selfie by Krew.
I got my wisdom teeth out, while again...Kaci watched my kiddos!  (And...this was the worst it got! ....Looks like I belong in the Hunger Games.... but no swelling and no bruising...pretty lucky I guess)
Dej climbed her first tree at a Sunday picnic (with the help of our awesome neighbor...)
More make-up....
Krew trying to get into the office, which was converted into Kaci's room.  Yep, she had a glass door.... no privacy, my kids wouldn't leave her alone!!
Several fits from Dej....she can be so pleasant!
BUT....she is even more cute!!
I surprised Kac and Dej with a girls night out on the town....
I had them get all dressed up and then took them to the melting pot for some dessert.
Dej Loved getting dressed up...the anticipation of going "to the town!"....and all the extra attention!
Pretty cute company :)
She was pretty impressed with the yummy chocolate.
We wanted to get our moneys worth.....so we licked that pot clean!!
...Deja even picked me some flowers by the front door :)

More Dickies....

And swimming at the hotel when Papa Orllo and Gramma Jacki came to visit!  (this picture totally sums up Deja and Kaci's relationship!)

Found this sweet Bronco one night when we went out to eat.....we need one in our house!!! :)
Drive back to Pocatello to take Kaci home....
Krew was pretty excited to get his own headphones!
Ha!  She didn't want me to take her pic.

Gramma had some yummy cereal for the kiddos...one morning, Krew lost one of his marshmallows :)

Haha!  Can't get enough goggle pictures of Deja!  The kids loved swimming in Papa Greg's hottub!

Krew thinks his Uncle Brods is pretty cool....especially when he let Krew sit on his little electric motorcycle!

We also got to watch our Uncle Brods play ball....
Krew stayed, surprisingly happy, contained in the play pen....
...and Dej, clearly, did not want her picture taken this day!
We got to see the little all star pitch and play a wicked good short stop!

Giving Boo some good luck loves! (We also found Krew a new little baseball outfit for the tournament!)

What a fun fun month!!  We'll be going thru withdrawals for a while....
